About three months after your pottery experience, we’ll send you an Airbnb message to let you know that your pottery is ready for shipment. Regarding the ceramics you have made, please note that we are only forwarding items that already belong to you, and this is not a commercial transaction. We will clearly state on the invoice that the declared value is solely for customs clearance purposes. However, you should be aware in advance that customs duties may be charged even on items sent free of charge. In addition, due to the new EU rules coming into force in July 2026, please also note that there is a risk that a flat customs duty of 3 euros may be imposed upon import into EU countries.
